What is your return policy?

We want you to love our product!

If you’re not fully satisfied, here’s how to start a return:

Include a photo if product is damaged during shipping. If you did not like our product we can discuss options on your return.
Once we receive a message and inspect your return/concerns, we’ll issue a refund back to your original payment if see fit.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery. I also offer local delivery.

Where do you get your beef tallow?

We raise our own beef cattle here in Idaho. We are all about farm to table. Our cattle are fed with organic feed and are pastor raised. We make all of our beef tallow in house.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on our website or the carrier's site.
