If you’re not fully satisfied, here’s how to start a return:
- Send us at DM on instagram @oldroottallow
- Include a photo if product is damaged during shipping. If you did not like our product we can discuss options on your return.
- Once we receive a message and inspect your return/concerns, we’ll issue a refund back to your original payment if see fit.
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery. I also offer local delivery.
We raise our own beef cattle here in Idaho. We are all about farm to table. Our cattle are fed with organic feed and are pastor raised. We make all of our beef tallow in house.
Shelf life for our product is 6-12 months depending on the product. We highly recommend keeping it in a cool dry place. Don’t allow water in the jars or it can cause spoilage. You can keep anything in the fridge to make it last up to a year. We don’t recommend lotions in the fridge, it will harden them. You can check in each product description for more detailed shelf life for each one.
